Residential Building Projects

Dilapidation Building Reports
- One of the most important protections before starting a building project is to run a Dilapidation Report of the neighbouring properties. Such report establishes the exact conditions of the properties that could be subject to incidental or accidental effects from your project, and thus avoid possible problems with requests or claims over issues not related to your project – if they are registered prior to works starting, there are clear and safe grounds to both sides.

Real Estate Pre-Purchase
As per the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety, “when signing a contract of sale, it is recommended you make of one your conditions subject to a building inspection that is satisfactory to you”.
