3Stone Buildings is an innovative building company that prides itself in being at the leading edge of construction technologies and works in collaboration with Ashley Peverett Design.

They can also produce building designs that otherwise would not be economically or structurally possible through traditional building methods.

The principal of the company, Adam Najafian has extensive knowledge and experience as a qualified architect, engineer and registered builder.
Adam personally oversees all 3Stone projects ensuring that the deliverables of quality, time and cost are achieved.

About the designer
Ashley Peverett is a building designer & project manager based in Perth, Western Australia with an extensive portfolio of works that include residential, commercial, medical and hospitality projects.
Passionate about design, he places great importance on good space planning and consistency in style. By using 3D imagery in the design phase, he completes the story by extending the brief beyond construction to include final finishes and furnishings giving clients a preview of what their finished project would look like.
Ashley is philosophical that the design process is more important than the size of the project. His projects range from simple courtyards or alfresco areas to substantial renovations, new homes and commercial spaces. He embraces design challenges such as turning the old into new in creative and unconventional ways or coming up with completely new concepts.
Building long term client relationships has been integral to the growth of his business and the majority of new projects are generated through referral from satisfied customers.
Getting to know and understand clients is an important factor in being able to translate their wishes into a design that brings their dream to reality.
Inspirations
Based on his work experience, travel and continual study Ashley has a solid understanding of the foundation elements that create a particular style, be it International Modernism, Art Deco, Federation or the simple classic style which has become known as American Hamptons.
With an eye for detail and commitment to the integrity of the agreed design, he often draws inspiration from the past by recreating traditional form using modern materials, or creating modern forms using traditional materials.

Completing the picture
When creating a new design our 3D concepts include all the finishes and furnishings to provide clients with an almost photographic image of what the finished project will look like.
Great importance is placed on the style of the design and ensuring that the particular style is carried all the way through to the furnishings and even the artwork.
By working in collaboration with a local artist who can provide artwork based on the colour schemes and themes in our design, we can have unique and original artwork produced for clients to perfectly compliment the design. In the Perth market today, there is little variety on offer for house designs to suit narrow lots.
